We had a sea-view room, and each morning the golden sunlight greeted us. Towels were changed regularly, breakfast had a range of things to eat, and the location is perfect. The hotel is a nice size, not too big. Denise, Didi and Helen made us feel at home: we laughed together, they treated us like old friends, and gave us great suggestions so we could make the most of each day.

Solomas square is 500 m away, and the beach is just 10m from the hotel. It’s the only beach in Zante town for swimming and sunbathing. The staff made us feel so welcome, especially Didi, who was mind-blowing and ready to answer any questions about Zante.

The beach is right across the street, and our room had a nice view and was cleaned daily. The employees are amazing. Didi and Alexander were so kind to us that it felt like we were with old friends instead of people we’d just met. They definitely deserve a raise! I highly recommend this hotel.

The highlight was the reception team. Alex and didi were kind, attentive and did their best to make sure we were comfortable. We had a wonderful 5-day stay, with a clean room, comfortable beds and a huge balcony by the sea. Thanks to them, we had a great holiday!

It’s a convenient place to stay, with all the amenities for an enjoyable visit at a reasonable price. We were especially pleased with the staff, who went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and looked after. We had a wonderful stay at the Plaza Hotel and definitely recommend it!
