The breakfasts we had were delicious, and on the other mornings we enjoyed coffee and juice on the upper terrace with views of three nearby volcanoes. We also arranged airport rides to and from Guatemala City through the hotel, and they helped us set up a day trip to Lake Atitlan, which we’d highly recommend. Elizabeth and Abigail were incredibly friendly and welcoming. My Spanish is limited and my partner doesn’t speak it, but translator apps helped us communicate, and we even helped each other learn some English and Spanish, which I loved. The three dogs added to the homey feel, one quickly became our friend and the other two warmed up eventually, lol. We really enjoyed our stay at Cermeño's. It’s centrally located in Antigua and felt more like staying at home than at a hotel. A delightful little gem with family vibes 😊

The people here were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the rooms were very clean. I had a really great time. It’s a cozy, really nice place, and for this price the location almost right in the city center is perfect.

Elizabeth went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and stress-free. Cermeño’s House is perfectly placed for exploring Antigua, and the rooftop terrace is to die for. I can’t recommend it enough, and we look forward to coming back!

Our host picked us up at the airport and brought us to the hotel, a great start to our Guatemalan adventures. The room was amazing, with a lovely view of acatenengo and fuego from the window. We were comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the location was great. We also enjoyed coffee at the rooftop eating area.

Elizabeth is an angel! I lost my phone, and she spent three hours that morning helping me track it down until we found it. Perfect location and a great deal.
