The courtyard was a favorite, quiet and green, and a lovely place to have the delicious breakfast. The whole property felt safe and well maintained. Staff were warm, attentive, and ready to help from the moment I arrived, whether I needed something or wanted a recommendation. I was right in the heart of beautiful Antigua Guatemala, close to the cobblestone streets, cafés, and historic landmarks, all easy to reach on foot. The hotel had a great mix of comfort and charm. I can't recommend it enough, and I'll stay here again next time.

The room was clean and comfortable, and they tidied it every day. We had a dresser for our things and a handy bench at the foot of the bed. Staff answered our questions and arranged boxed lunches for our early tour. The lunch was a sandwich, apple, and juice box. We didn't love it, but appreciated the effort. The included breakfast wasn't superb, but it was food all the same. The main draw for me was the location. It's close to the central park and good restaurants, and Antigua is easy to get around on foot. The hotel is beautiful and quaint. Our room was right by the lobby, so we could hear music playing until 9 PM. There's no air conditioning either, but we still enjoyed our stay. I'd recommend it 10 out of 10.

We loved the coffee, some of the best tasting in Antigua. The hotel is half a block from the city center, making it easy to walk anywhere. It blends modern amenities with Antigua's charm, and we'll visit again soon. Our family of four had a spacious loft room, clean and tidy, with comfortable beds. Staff were pleasant and attentive to our needs. We enjoyed a delicious brunch in the center courtyard patio, with well prepared Guatemalan and American breakfast dishes. We also had lunch on the rooftop terrace and dinner at the restaurant. Sushi Fuego is a must try.

The food at the on-site restaurant, Notas Culinarias, was phenomenal, among the best meals we've had in Antigua. Our family was treated to warm, world-class care, with staff going out of their way to make each moment special. Ciel Luxe Hotel was beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. From arrival, the service, hospitality, and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. Thanks to Ciel Luxe for making the stay unforgettable. It's a five-star-plus hotel, and we can't wait to return!
