You need to book before you arrive. The service was very good, and the breakfasts were excellent. They also give you a really good tour, explaining the sunflowers along the way.

The terrace has a spectacular view of the three volcanoes. Service was excellent, breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were comfortable.
