Elvis was especially helpful, arranging my airport transfers and shuttle service to Lake Atitlan. I also appreciated that there was always a staff member in the lobby, 24/7. As a solo traveler, that gave me an extra sense of security. The hotel is beautiful, and the staff are wonderful. My room was impeccable, the bed extremely comfortable, and many recommended restaurants, bars, and coffee shops are within walking distance. I'll be back and will recommend it to family and friends.

Casa Bella was nice and quiet, and my husband and I loved our stay. The rooms were comfortable, especially the pillows, and breakfast was delicious. Elvis at the desk and the rest of the crew were wonderful, always smiling. I'd highly recommend it.

The location right in the center of Antigua is great, and I especially loved the jacuzzi. The customer service was excellent. Elvis at the front desk was very helpful, and breakfast was delicious.

The house we were put in was horrible, and nothing like the pictures online or on their page. It was dark, had no windows, and was in terrible condition. There was no TV service, and the water in the shower swung from very cold to very hot. The tubs, floors, and shower mat were gross and dirty. Mold was on the walls and bunk beds, so I couldn't bathe my child there. The two upstairs rooms were tiny and very old, and the top patio was unsafe and disgusting. They said they couldn't help because I booked through Expedia and hadn't notified them right away. The place felt so unsafe for kids. Please read carefully and do your homework before booking.

We had three lovely days here, with breakfast included. The rooms are tidy and suited to one or two people. The ladies and the guy at the front desk were fabulous. I'd stay again.
