I lost the money I’d paid for the room, and this turned into my worst hotel experience. I called many times without an answer. When someone finally responded, they were insulting and disrespectful. I explained I was coming from Miami and needed help getting to the hotel, but they offered no support with my request. I can’t recommend this place at all.
