The staff are what make this beautiful place especially lovely. They’re caring and helpful people. I’ve stayed here three times, in three different rooms, and each one was unique and beautiful. Breakfast is delicious, too.

Las Cruces is close to everything, with friendly, accommodating staff and lovely hotel grounds and restaurant. There’s also a rooftop spot to relax and enjoy the views. We were welcomed with a refreshing drink and towels when we arrived. The rooms were very clean, well stocked, and had really comfortable beds. The included breakfast was outstanding, with several choices. I booked after reading the positive reviews and was glad I did. I’d originally hoped to stay at El Convento, but it was full. I highly recommend Las Cruces!

I came to Antigua for my niece’s wedding, and our stay here was excellent. The staff, food, and customer service were second to none. Thanks for the great hospitality! I’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting Antigua for a short trip.

There are plenty of reasons to linger on the spacious, elegant grounds, which are beautiful and peaceful at night. The breakfast is great and the staff are phenomenal. You’re also close to everything in historic Antigua. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel.

We arrived just a few hours ago and were welcomed with lovely iced, non-alcoholic drinks. Everyone on staff has been very nice, and I’m looking forward to breakfast tomorrow. Our spacious room has tall ceilings and a huge walk-in closet with robes and slippers. The L’Occitane amenities are a nice touch. While we were out, the staff turned down the bed, put the extra pillows in the closet, and closed the shudders. There’s also a kettle, a French press, and a small bag of coffee for making a cup in the room. I love those little extras. The grounds are beautiful, and the location is perfect.
