The location is hard to find: it's up a flight of stairs, behind the street-level apartments, and there's no sign on the street. The room was narrow but fine, and good value for Antigua. The ladies were very nice.

Olga and her mother, Rebeca, manage the Ortiz family home, and we had a lovely family stay. They're very kind and welcoming. Breakfast comes with the room, and lunch and dinner are available with choices to suit your taste. Bring your own towel, soap, shampoo, and toiletries. It's about an 8-minute walk to the cathedral and 5 minutes to the Santa Catalina Arch.
Great service and hospitality. A lovely way to visit and enjoy the culture and beauty of the Colonial City of Antigua Guatemala. Highly recommended.
Finding the place takes a little effort, but the owner is attentive and very friendly. The breakfast that's included is delicious.
The mama is friendly and makes you feel welcome.
