The courtyard is lovely, the hotel is clean, and the air conditioning works well. But the room itself wasn't comfortable: the beds and pillows were very uncomfortable, and the only lighting was an overhead light, with no lamp. Sound carries through the building, so you hear the corridor and nearby rooms. I'd choose somewhere else if I came back.

The staff were so kind and lovely, and breakfast was provided for free. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful flowers and amazing views.

The bed was comfy, the place was pretty, and I liked having air conditioning. But there was no hot water in the showers, and management did nothing about it. That got very aggravating during a long visit.

The shower is the one drawback: the water pressure is low and it never gets very hot. Still, I absolutely love this stunning hotel, and the pictures don't quite capture how breathtaking it is in person. The service was amazing, too. Our flight was delayed, so we missed the first night. I told the hotel so they wouldn't think we were no-shows, expecting to pay for every night we had booked. When we arrived, they had adjusted the price without us even asking. Breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend hotel genesis!

The location is quiet, and the garden is beautiful. There's also stair access to the roof, where the view is amazing. The rooms were very clean and air conditioned, and the staff were attentive and kind. Breakfast was included and really good. Purified water, coffee, tea, and cake are available in the lobby around the clock.
