Quinta de las Flores

We'd definitely recommend staying here, and would book it again if we visit Antiqua. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, and both the property and rooms were clean. The service all around was wonderful. Pablo, who runs the bar and restaurant, was so helpful, and the ladies serving breakfast were pleasant. Our 4 year old son loved the kids park, pool, and running on the grass. The one downside is that there are no screens on the windows, so mosquitoes often get into the room. Great job to Management and team!

The garden setting and clear-day views were incredible, and we had a really memorable family stay. Our three young kids enjoyed the pool, even though the water was cold, and the playground too. The restaurant food was good and the service was excellent. It’s a quiet spot on Antigua’s edge, so there’s some walking involved, but we enjoyed that.

Breakfast and dinner by a lit fireplace made the cool mornings and evenings especially nice, and the restaurant staff were attentive and welcoming. We stayed in a spacious, open casita with a small porch and a great volcano view. The hotel grounds and gardens are beautiful, with birdsong in the morning and fountains that feel centuries old. The pool looked inviting, too. It’s an easy walk to nearby restaurants, Central Park, churches, and convents. We’d happily stay again.

The Quinta has a lovely restaurant with very reasonable prices, which is handy since the center is quite a walk away, especially if you’re heading out to one of the many excellent dinner spots. The gardens feel like a peaceful oasis, even with the busy street just outside.
