The hotel is full of beautiful plants, and the bed was comfortable. Our room was spacious, too. There’s a lovely roof terrace that catches the sun and looks out toward the volcanoes, and the included breakfast was good. Without the eggs, it’s vegan. You can buy beer and sodas to enjoy on the terraces, though there’s no bar. It’s a peaceful, safe area, but around a 10-15 minute walk from the main activity. Our room was bright and noisy: we could hear other guests moving around and breakfast being prepared from 5:30am, and the sun could wake you even earlier. Better light blocking would be an easy fix. You get a room key but no key for the front door, which stays locked, so you have to knock to get in. It wasn’t a big problem, just felt a little unwelcoming.

It’s easy to get around from here, with a local market, shops, and places to eat nearby. The hosts speak English, so communication was simple. Although the hotel sits a little outside the city center, it’s quiet and peaceful. The place is very clean, and all the greenery and flowers in the shared areas make it feel relaxing. The rooftop terrace has a lovely city view, and breakfast was very good.

We had a wonderful stay at this clean, quiet boutique hotel in Antiqua. It’s outside the centro, but just about a 10-minute walk into town. Breakfast is made to order, and the cafe is robust.

My room was comfortable, and even the washroom had a great view. Breakfast was delicious, the staff were wonderful, and it felt completely safe. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a well-kept courtyard, and from the roof you can see much of Antigua and the surrounding landscape. Such great value. Don’t hesitate to stay here.

A pleasant hotel with nice staff, in a quiet area about a 15-minute walk from the center. Breakfast was standard, with a few tables up on the rooftop. Our room was spacious but faced the street, and the shower was handheld. It felt somewhat overpriced.
