Good value for a casual stay, with breakfast available and excellent service. The staff don’t really speak English, but the owner does. She kindly reminded us about an item we’d left behind and arranged to have it delivered.

We came from the United States as a family on vacation, and the service was terrible. The young guy working there didn’t know how to handle problems. The shower in our first room overflowed; when we complained, they moved us but seemed very annoyed. The sink in the second room leaked, but we didn’t mention it because they were already upset. The host or manager saw us and didn’t even greet us. She had a terrible attitude. A young guy and an older gentleman saw us carrying big suitcases and didn’t offer to help. Breakfast isn’t free, and they charge even for milk in the coffee. The person in charge of breakfast seemed like he was being forced to work there. He was very slow, and the service was bad.

Everything was excellent from the moment we arrived, including the service, staff, and restaurant. Everyone was helpful and professional. I’ll definitely come back and highly recommend it to everybody. Thank you, Capitania.

We partner with them through our school program. The place is fantastic, very professional and clean, with a high-end luxurious standard. Better than a five-star hotel. We’ll be back.
