The staff were amazing, and Angel helped me sort out some future bookings, which I really appreciated. It has a homely feel throughout, with lots of space in the dorms and super comfy beds. The outdoor areas are lovely on a sunny day, and the location is great. Breakfast is a limited menu of three choices, but all of them are good. The banana pancakes were my favorite before a hike.

Apart from the bathrooms and toilets, I really liked this place. There are only two bathrooms for all the dorms, and you have to go through the garden to reach them. They could be cleaner, too. I wasn’t told much about activities or things to do nearby, and the woman who showed me my room could’ve been friendlier. Still, the place itself is lovely.

I spent two weeks here while taking a Spanish course in Antigua and had a great stay. The gardens are lovely, and the view from the upper level is amazing. Staff were helpful and made an effort to get to know me. My room was cleaned every day. It felt like home away from home. Thanks, guys. Jacob

The gardens were such a peaceful, beautiful place to spend time, and the hostel itself is lovely. Breakfast was included and delicious, the beds were comfy, and the showers were clean and had a waterfall showerhead. I’d come back in a heartbeat.

I felt safe here as a solo female traveler, and the room was nice. The staff were accommodating, too. The location is right in the heart of Antigua, with popular restaurants and activities all within walking distance. I’d stay again!
