Hotel Don Ignacio

Fine for resting for a couple of nights, but I wouldn’t recommend eating at the restaurant.

Rooms come with air conditioning and a TV, and there’s a good-sized pool with plenty of parking. The hotel is right on the highway, and meals start at Q25. Recommended.

The bathrooms were very clean, though some toilet seats stuck, and ventilation was poor. The towels were so clean they looked new, the rooms were quite clean, and the food was delicious. Some rooms have bathtubs and some don’t, depending on the room price. Customer service was excellent, and for this price you can’t ask for more. We looked at several places, but their prices were high and the rooms weren’t decent. This place is very nice and spacious, and without a doubt the best option for these prices.

For about Q105 per person, it’s pretty good. The pool and fountain are a great bonus at that price. There are a few small drawbacks: the showers only have cold water, the TV reception wasn’t very good, and there’s no trash can in the rooms.
