The included breakfast was a nice extra, and our clean room and bathroom were on the third floor with an amazing lake view. At about $65 a night for two, it wasn't cheap, but felt fair for the view and cleanliness. Clubs nearby made a lot of noise, though things eventually quieted down around 11 pm. Lol, people in Guatemala like loud music, so it'll probably be the same wherever you go.

Sleeping here felt like being in a disco. A place next door plays extremely loud music until deep into the night, so don't book this hotel if you need to sleep.

The staff were really nice, and check-in and checkout were easy. The room was tiny, though, and smelled strongly of mold, as did the bathroom.

The hotel has just been renovated, and while the rooms are small, they're decent. Everything was clean and nice, and it's centrally located on the island. There are pleasant terraces on each floor facing the lake, especially lovely at sunset, plus a small swimming pool. Breakfast is at the ‘sister hotel’ next door. There's a loud bar about 100 meters away.

I felt safe here, and the spot is great in Flores, right across the road from the lake. There's a small pool, but the window coverings in our room didn't work. Waterfront bars stay open late, at least until 3 am. The boxed breakfast for our Tikal tour was okay.
