Great hotel for families. The people were very friendly and the service was 10/10. Very clean, with extensive room service. Highly recommended.

It's cheap and comfortable, with hot water, a good bed, an excellent bathroom, and friendly people. The facilities are excellent. They only take quetzales, not dollars, and you pay by the day. I'd avoid a first-floor room beside the street because of noise from other people and because there is no fan down there, just a window. They say some rooms have air conditioning, so ask. It's best not to go in and out too late at night or alone. Uber is the best way to get around. The bus terminal or market is very busy between 2:00 and 6:00 a.m., which can cause traffic; taking Uber on Atanasio Girardot Avenue is better. If you're heading to the airport early in the morning, tell them the night before and they'll let you in.
