The staff are attentive and the location is convenient, with the airport close by. The basics in the room were comfortable, but the facilities feel dated. Shower temperatures weren’t reliable, and breakfast choices were limited early in the morning.

Breakfast had plenty to choose from, including pastries, fresh fruit, juice, and hot dishes. The hotel was quiet and about 15 minutes from the airport. The restaurant called “Italian” serves a mix of Guatemalan and Italian food, with one pasta dish and several pizzas, and it wasn’t very busy. My room had a safe, an iron and ironing board, and a good hot shower. The dark brown wood decor could use an update. There’s a small lounge by reception. I’d stay here again.

Everything was very clean, and the staff were so friendly. Breakfast is included, and you can have it brought to your room. They also serve lunch and dinner at a very good price.

Gustavo at the front desk was very rude and disrespectful. When I told him how rude he was being, he said he would cancel my stay. I’d avoid making a reservation here.

There wasn’t even water available to brush our teeth, and nobody apologized or mentioned the outage beforehand. They also charged extra because my 15 year old daughter was with us, and the room was very small. I used to stay here when visiting the city, but after this experience I don’t think I’ll return. Thank you for nothing, Best Western Plus Stofella!
