For $35 a night, this is about what you'd expect, especially for just a night or two. The building is small and old, not really historic, but it's clean and right in Zone 1. The rooms are tiny with barely any luggage space. Breakfast is $5 and pretty decent, with eggs cooked to order, though it takes a while to arrive.

The location felt safe and it's handy for the bus terminal, including buses to and from Peten. The hotel is reasonable, though a bit pricey for what you get, and it could be cleaner.

I only stopped by to rest and ask the staff for help finding a place. The hotel was lovely, and they were very helpful.
