8/10

The room was great, and the beds and pillows were good. The kitchen staff were also great, and I liked the aesthetic. Getting there was confusing at first since there weren't clear directions that it was in a colonia. My main issue was the front desk staff, some of whom came across as snobby and arrogant when we arrived. The customer service felt very dry. Maybe it was because we were foreigners, but I really don't know.

The rooms were wonderful, and the service and atmosphere were superb. I'll be back very soon.

We had a one-night stay between our flight from Flores and our flight out of Guatemala City. The rooms were very clean, and everyone was so nice. Having a shuttle to and from the airport was really convenient.

The room was just okay, and the customer service wasn't great. People were talking in the hallway until 4am, and it was very loud.

Great breakfast and service, and it's close to the airport. I'd definitely stay there again.
