The staff were nice and managed to move me to another room late at night, and they were helpful. I just had to hope I wouldn't find more bugs there. My bed had bed bugs and dried blood stains on the blanket, and it felt like a mattress topper on top of wood. The showers were cold, too. The price was 50Q, which earns an extra star, along with the helpful staff.

We chose this place because it looked nice in the pictures, but I wouldn't come here for a vacation. The internet was awful, and when we asked to move rooms, they refused, saying we'd used the bathroom even though we hadn't. We'd been in the room for less than 15 minutes. The bathroom is tiny, practically right up against the wall. Sitting down, my knees touched the wall. The beds and bathroom were dirty, the shower was terrible, and the headboards wobbled. The headboard also blocks the room's only outlet. The TV stand was the only furniture, and it wasn't useful. It's not near the park, and the parking lot is two houses down. Hotel ZZZ.

The service was good, and I'd recommend it. For the price, it's an excellent option: affordable, with parking, and close to Huehue Park, where there are plenty of places to eat. It's a clean, well-preserved colonial hotel with an 80s style.

The staff are really, really nice, and the place itself is nice. But the rooms were so dirty that I felt uncomfortable sleeping there. Mold covered the bathroom walls, and the shower was pretty dirty too. I hope they improve that.
