Hotel Royal Park

We were told over the phone we'd have a queen bed, but they only had full-size beds. The bed was awkwardly placed, too. Whoever sleeps against the wall has to crawl down to the foot of it to get out, which was a problem when I needed the bathroom in the middle of the night. It was Q320 per night, plus 5% if you pay by card. The parking seemed safe since the lot was closed and locked overnight, so the vehicle was secure. On our return the next night, we stayed on the second floor and had a clean room. The first room we'd been given was on the fourth floor and hadn't been cleaned, with no sheets on the bed and a dirty bathroom. They moved us to a different room that was clean but a bit outdated. There's no elevator, so you have to climb four flights of stairs. The hotel felt very dark and gloomy. We also woke up one morning to all the lights being off, so we couldn't see the steps. I'd give it 2.5 stars.
