The private room itself was okay, but the service was absolutely terrible. I’ve traveled around the world for 7 years and never had more disgusting, useless customer service. They overbooked every room that weekend and moved us to their other hostel, which was awful. We ended up in a shared dorm said to have “only 8 other people”, but there were 16 beds, and people were asking for their money back. A drunk guy was snoring, cussing, and sleeping next to Quetzalteca bottles. Their “solution” was to offer me a free breakfast, even though breakfast was already included in my reservation 🤡. The bed sheets smelled like sweat. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The price is unbeatable, and the location is great, just a few steps from Santander, the main street. The bathroom is in another room where people are staying, which is a little uncomfortable, though there’s also a bathroom with a shower by the front desk you can use. Breakfast comes with two free pancakes! 🩷

At £3 a night, this little hostel is a great deal. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, and the shower hot. Breakfast is included, and there’s a kitchen to use plus filtered water. You can’t really ask for much more at that price.

A private room was roughly £9, and the price made the stay worthwhile. The WiFi was fast in communal areas, though not in my room. It was quiet, with a nice rooftop view, but the social vibe wasn’t always great and it didn’t feel very social for a hostel. The shower wasn’t always hot. It’s near the zocalo, but far from everything else and the other hostels, so I was constantly walking to see my friends. Not amazing, but worth it for the price.

honestly, for $5 this was beyond amazing. The rooms are big and have a terace, and there’s a kitchen, decent breakfast, amazing Wifi, and free water. Top recomendable!!!
