There’s a kitchen for making coffee or preparing your own meals, security, and very helpful reception staff. Prices are quite reasonable for single rooms or rooms for two. It’s a great place to stay, close to the historic center and other lively areas. Highly recommended.

There’s dust everywhere, and the hygiene could be better. The sink water is freezing, and the shower barely puts out any water. It goes from scalding to freezing with no comfortable middle setting, so getting a decent shower is down to luck.

It has a hostel feel and doesn’t offer many guest services. The rooms, though, are comfortable and well equipped for Xela’s cold weather. I have no complaints about them.
