I hate leaving negative reviews, but the service really was bad. I had booked five nights over WhatsApp and the hotel confirmed them there. When I arrived, they could only accommodate me for one of those three confirmed nights, so I had to urgently find another hotel on my own. The staff didn't help, and I was lucky to find somewhere much better. They took no responsibility and even tried to make me doubt what had happened. A sincere apology would have been enough, but I only got one after a long argument. I can't recommend this place. A confirmed booking might mean nothing.

The bed and sheets were very clean, and the staff were attentive. It's a quiet place where you can rest and sleep well. The hot water works, but start with the tap only slightly open, then turn it up as the water heats.

The staff were super friendly, and they even brought in the clothes I'd washed when it started raining. The garden is gorgeous, full of hundreds of tropical plants, and the shower had the best hot water we've had on our travels. You're practically at parque central. Gracias!

A very good place to stay, though the suicide shower needs attention. It leaked cold water and could take a lot of fiddling to get working.

The location is great and the rooms are spacious. But the kitchen was messy and dirty, the shower never had properly hot water, and someone played loud music late at night and early in the morning. Also, every time you switch on the light, there's a strange sound from a microphone in it.
