Hotel Imperio Inn

Clean and welcoming, with nice people.

The Wi-Fi was terrible, reception never answered when we called, and the restaurant wouldn’t let us in despite the place advertising a hotel and restaurant. Room cleaning was poor: they only picked up the obvious debris, without sweeping or mopping, and they didn’t change the sheets. The bathtub was clogged and never fixed. There was no hot water, and the TV was tiny with just four channels. We paid for four days and four nights but were only given three. To stay longer, they wanted another €100. The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

I wanted to book this “hotel” because it was conveniently located, but the person handling the reservation was the most detestable customer service worker I’ve ever encountered. They wouldn’t give me their name, and I suspect the one they did give was fake. Their attitude was disgusting. I’d rather book through another platform than deal with someone like that, and it’s left a bad taste about my planned trip. They said I needed to deposit money into a bank account to make the reservation. I waited more than 15 hours for them to send the details, but they never did. When I called again and they finally answered, they just made me incredibly annoyed with their lack of professionalism. They must be unhappy with their job and life to speak so badly to potential customers. I’d rather pay more somewhere else than be treated so disgustingly just to “save” a little. 0/100, do not book here or even try.

Great service, good prices, and an excellent hotel. Highly recommend.
