The restaurant was the one bright spot, and breakfast was good. Our room didn't look like the ones shown on this site, and there was some mold on the walls. The TV channels were all grainy, so we couldn't use TV to entertain the kids. The people in the room next to ours played loud music until 1 AM and kept making noise throughout our stay. None of us, including the kids, could sleep, and the hotel staff didn't deal with it.

The morning breakfast, served from 7 to 8, was well organized, and the service is great around the clock. All the rooms have AC, and you don't need to go elsewhere for good service. My one suggestion is to keep the rooms from getting so humid. The bed and pillows left a damp smell on my clothes and skin.

The location is great, with lots of attractions nearby. The rooms were really tidy, and the staff were so friendly.

The restaurant food was mediocre, and the beds were uncomfortable. At reception, the guy tried to overcharge me. The bathroom window was broken out, which let mosquitoes into my room. I don't see why they call this a resort, unless it's just because there's a pool. I wouldn't stay here again even if someone paid me.
