There are several places to gather or eat, in the garden and in a building if it rains. The grounds are pleasant and well kept, and I found the sauna/temazcal relaxing. Some people enjoyed a massage from Isabel. The rooms are nicely decorated, very clean, and the beds are quite comfortable. All the staff are wonderful and helpful, especially when I became ill one day. Some speak English better than others, which helped since my Spanish is limited.

What makes Hotel Taa Tiin stay with you is the people. Idabel, Jossely, and Javier were warm, sincere, attentive, and made each day brighter. The hotel itself is spotless and elegant, with calm, comfortable rooms thoughtfully set up for relaxing amid the lake and the colorful, breathtaking town. It feels like more than somewhere to sleep. I found it peaceful and authentic, with real human warmth. Hotel Taa Tiin is a gem and, without a doubt, the finest hotel on the lake. I'd return again and again without hesitation.

The service and location were fantastic, and the rooms were well furnished. There's a wonderful spa too. The hotel looks humble and beautiful, but thoughtful touches are everywhere. It's truly incredible how great it is. I couldn't recommend it more!

The temescal sauna was a treat, and breakfast was included. I felt safe and cozy resting here. Everything was super clean and comfortable, and the hotel crew were so nice, helpful, and sweet.

Isabel and her staff were especially friendly and attentive. The place is beautiful and clean, and close to the center with all the stores and restaurants. It was my first time staying here, and I'd gladly come back and recommend it to family and friends.
