The fourth floor was surprisingly quiet, and I slept well. The room was clean, had hot water and extra blankets, and the view was great. Reception was great too, and there was parking for my moto. I even got a fireworks show!

The rooms were filthy. The sheets smelled strongly of dust, and there was a lot of hair from both genders. It looked like they hadn’t been washed in days. My terrible service came from a staff member named Josue. The way guests are treated is very poor, and I think they should hire people actually trained for this kind of work. I’ll never return to that hotel.
