We came to see Tikal, Yaxha, and Flores, and booked the airport transfer and park visits through the hotel. We were very happy with the service. The place is a little out of the way, but it feels surrounded by beautiful nature, and we liked that. It's somewhat dated, though clean and well cared for. Food prices run a bit higher than usual but still seem reasonable. The menu doesn't offer much variety, but it's enough for a few days, and the food is good. Breakfast has lots of options, though it could use some proper bread. We'd happily book again.

After our Tikal tour, we came back and spent the afternoon swimming until late. The lakefront was great, with kayaks and lounge chairs ready to use, and the private area on the lake made for a wonderful stay. Meylin at the front desk was a treasure and helped us with tours, transportation, and a few small issues. Mil gracias por todo.

The photos don't really show how nice the hotel is. Kayaks, sauna, jacuzzi, loungers by the pool, and even a guided local jungle tour are all included in the price. It's a great base for exploring the area, and everything about it made for a relaxing stay. Highly recommend!

I was very comfortable in the room I stayed in, and the view and setting are lovely. The staff were super friendly. Whether the location works depends on what you want. If you're looking to lose yourself in the jungle, it's perfect 👌. The pool table is badly damaged and really needs fixing 💔

I loved the facilities: there's a pool table, swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and free kayaking. Apart from those, though, there's absolutely nothing to do except swim in the lake. The hotel is somewhat secluded, so you need a taxi to go anywhere. They seem to take advantage of that by marking up food and drink prices, since you have little choice but to eat and drink there.
