We had a great week at this beautiful hotel and would happily stay again. The place was clean and well cared for, with modern amenities, strong AC, and good WiFi. The staff were warm and friendly, and we really enjoyed the meals at the restaurant. I'd definitely recommend it.

If you enjoy hearing tree frogs, crickets, and birds at night, you may like this place. It's a historic hotel with a glimpse of old Guyanese traditions. The front desk and room service were impeccable, and the lobby leads out to an open-air seating area and bar. Breakfast is served near the main entrance, with coffee, tea, fruit, eggs, and yogurt. The rooms are spacious, with a large bed, plenty of fluffy pillows, and a comforter. They have split-system air conditioning and big-screen TVs with several English and local channels. The walk-in showers are new, but you have to get your hands wet to turn them on or adjust the temperature.

The garden setting was lovely and relaxing, and the food was enjoyable. The waitresses gave great service too. I was so glad to find this restaurant. If you're in Georgetown and want a calm place to eat, give it a try!
