Disney's Hollywood Hotel

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, which made the service excellent. Disney characters also appeared around the hotel for family photos, and there's a small arcade for kids on the right side of the lobby. The room was generally okay, with a clean toilet, great water pressure, and a relaxing shower. There was a slight smell like towels that hadn't dried fully. The bed wasn't very comfortable and the pillows were soft, though both were manageable. The hotel is fairly basic, and there are only two restaurants, both pricey, so bring your own snacks and drinks. A water filter in the room is handy. A free shuttle between Disneyland and the MTR station makes travel easy. Keep the timing in mind: check-in starts at 3pm and checkout is 11am. Decent stay overall, though the facilities and comfort could use improvement.

The only real drawback was food: there doesn't seem to be a quick grab-and-go option that doesn't need a reservation. Otherwise, we found it great value, with nicely sized rooms and lovely Disney character theming. The location is wonderful, within walking distance of the other resorts and just a seven-minute shuttle ride from the park.

We loved the hotel's whole vibe, and it's very kid-friendly. Reception was courteous, the buffet at Ink & Plate was great, and the hospitality at The Archemist was exceptional. A memorable stay from check-in through checkout. 101% recommended ❤️

We had a good rest after a full day out. Even though it wasn't yet 3pm, check-in was convenient: we left our luggage at the bell desk or concierge, and it was delivered to our room. The hotel crew were very kind and friendly.
