The staff were so kind and helpful, even receiving and holding my concert tickets for me. The room was clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view and a very convenient location. I had a great stay and would definitely come back to this hotel.

After a good one-night visit, we chose this hotel again for ten days, and it was a mistake. You can’t choose whether you get a room with a view; you book and hope for one. For the last two days, a very strong cigarette smell came into our room through the air conditioning. It was disgusting and unacceptable in the 21st century. The rooms are poorly insulated too, so we could hear everything in the corridor. On the 17th floor, a wedding was held in a room next to ours. From 8:30 in the morning until lunchtime, many people shouted, yelled, and laughed in the hallway. I’ve never seen a wedding in a hotel room rather than a restaurant or lobby. The managers knew what was happening and accepted around 100 people walking, talking, and yelling along the whole floor. Unbelievable. It showed total disrespect for hotel guests. Anyone looking for a normal standard hotel should avoid this one.

I give this property five stars. We’ve been selling hotels and properties through our Hong Kong DMC, EMPIRE DMC, for the last 10-15 years. This is among the top 30 Hong Kong properties our Indian clients prefer, and feedback from our travel agent clients has been positive so far.

The location and the view are the only real advantages, and even the view is only from the suite rooms. The rooms are badly outdated, and they don’t provide basic things like drinking water or toiletries, which you have to buy. Reception staff were good, but the room service staff were the worst I’ve encountered, arrogant and disrespectful. There are plenty of better hotels in the same area for that price. I won’t stay here again or recommend it.
