The location is excellent, two minutes from the MTR, with a busy area right outside. The bed was comfortable, though a little firm, perhaps a local preference. Everything worked, the interior design was okay, and housekeeping kept things reasonably clean. For the price, it's decent value, and that location may make it worthwhile despite the annoyances. The room was incredibly tiny even by HK standards, with too little space for one person and a small backpack. There's no fridge, the floor felt sticky, and there was no toilet brush. WiFi kept cutting out, which in 2025 is unforgivable. I understand that staff can't change the room size, but unreliable WiFi is just sloppy. Light came through the glass bathroom door, which faces the bed, even with the main window's blackout curtain closed. There's no way to block it, so bring an eye mask. Sometimes there was noise from the hallway or door, though that depends on who is in nearby rooms. It wasn't a deal breaker. There was also an occasional lingering cooking smell, apparently from the hallway, and no way to air the room out because the windows don't open.

Sunlight coming through the window was a nice bonus, and we didn't notice any noise. The room had enough space for us, and the bathroom layout was a plus, with the shower and toilet separate instead of squeezed together. The location is great, with some nice places to eat nearby.

There are plenty of small and larger eateries around, and the MTR station is nearby. Staff behaviour was okay, though not as welcoming as at some other places in Hong Kong. The rooms are extremely small and overpriced. On my second Hong Kong visit in 2025, this was the least recommendable of the four hotels I stayed at. Service was below average, with no coffee or tea sachets, which feels like a basic thing these days. Daily cleaning was poor too, and they didn't clean the beds or drinking glasses properly. Stay here only if you have no other options.

The building is right above the train station and a 7-11, which is very convenient. Rooms and toilets were clean and tidy. For solo travel, it's excellent if you can manage without a fridge or oven and don't mind a cold room. The room had only a kettle and safe. There was no bidet, oven, or fridge. The floor felt sticky under bare feet, more like wall tile than carpet, so I had to wear the slippers they provided. Even with the air conditioning switched off, the room was too cold. I couldn't find a way to adjust the temperature or cooling, and had to use the blanket.
