The pool and bedrooms were clean, and the bathroom was spacious enough. Customer service was poor, though. The managers were actually mean, and there are just two women working in the restaurant, only one of whom is nice, so good luck. Get a quote beforehand because they’ll add 200 lempiras, about 10 USD, when you go to pay.

I always stay here when I come to Chulateca. The staff are helpful, and the hotel feels very secure. Rooms are spacious, and there’s a nice pool. The free breakfast is a great bonus. They’ll go out of their way to help you enjoy your stay, and can suggest tours and sights to see while you’re in chulateca.
