Hotel Santa Lucia

The pool is small but cute, and the hotel itself is beautiful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The disappointing part was the service: there was no courtesy, and whenever we asked for something, it felt like we were bothering them.

I left my AirPods Pro by the pool, and the front desk had them when I checked. The people here are honest. I rewarded one employee for being so honest and helpful. This is a good place!

It's cozy, with a small pool, a green area to walk around and relax, and really amazing staff. It's pet friendly, which is hard to find in Honduras, especially without an extra $100 per night just for bringing a pet. Please clean up after your pet, because that's why hotels later decide not to allow pets. Don't be a jerk! The reason for one less star is the food: portions and choices are small, and the prices are too high. I'd eat out. The included breakfast is enough to keep you going, but for anything else, ordering out is better. You can still have a quiet weekend here.

The rooms are on the small side, but clean, and breakfast was really good. Wi-Fi worked well, too. What stood out most was how friendly the staff were and how willing they were to go out of their way to make the stay nice.
