The food served at the hotel is delicious, and it's close to attractions. But I felt the hotel was crooked: they tried to charge my credit card before checkout without giving me a receipt. Most staff speak only limited English, and there are lots of bugs around the pool. Outside, plenty of local people were begging and waiting for restaurant leftovers at closing. Copan isn't worth the expense.

The location is great and the lobby looks nice, but room 202 was dirty and worn out, with dirt in every corner and a spider web above the bed. The old shower had weak pressure and the water kept cutting out. We had to wait about 15 minutes for hot water.

A little tourist treasure in the heart of Copan Ruinas. I saw photos of the pool while researching places to stay, but couldn't picture how it would fit into the hotel. In person, the pool and its surroundings work perfectly with the layout.

The rooms and everything else were very clean, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was a delicious, full plate and included for free. The AC could have been bigger for the rooms, and it would have helped to have instructions there for using the AC and phone.

The rooms were clean and ready, the staff were very nice, and the facilities matched what was promised. The location worked well for me, with a mini market just across the street and the central park two streets away. It met all my expectations, definitely recommend it.
