We had a great stay. Everything was clean and really comfortable, and the staff were fantastic, friendly, and very helpful.

We needed a kitchen for our trip with a baby, so an intermediary placed us in this cabin. After a few days of trouble with the hot water and stove, my mother was getting ready to light the stove to make lunch when it exploded. She had burns on her legs and arms, and singed hair. Thankfully they were minor and didn't need intensive care. The owners blamed her for not knowing how to use the stove, demanded that we pay for it, and asked us for $400. We refused. My mother is certain she did nothing wrong and was only trying to light it. They then kicked us out without a refund or any remorse. The person in charge was kind and helpful, but the owners, who live in the USA, behaved deplorably. We didn't file a complaint because we didn't want to hurt the person in charge. I think gas stoves in these kinds of cabins can be a serious physical danger, even life-threatening. The people responsible for regulating the gas tanks may not be technically qualified, which can easily lead to mistakes. I'll never stay somewhere with a gas stove again.
