The lobby and breakfast space were cute and modern, and the porch seating area was nicely done. The room seemed clean, but the sheets and towels smelled mildewy. We had good hot water in the shower and the AC kept us cool. Guests can use the microwave, toaster, and water refill station in the breakfast area. Breakfast was a hot, made-to-order Honduran meal with juice or coffee. The staff were nice, but when we got there at 1 pm, we were told we’d have to pay by the hour to come in that early. We skipped that and went to lunch instead. That was different from the previous three hotels we’d stayed at in Honduras, though like check-in policies in the USA. Parking was decent, behind a gated area with security that gets locked at night. In a low car, there’s a risk of scraping as you drive in. WiFi could be spotty because there seemed to be around five routers, one for each level. The password was the same, but you have to connect to a different router in your room than in the lobby and common areas.
