Infinity Bay Spa & Beach Resort

Getting from the Port was easy: Kenny picked us up on time for both trips, and the round-trip ride was $25 per person in CASH. We came in on Royal Caribbean and bought day passes to use the facilities. The grounds were well kept, the staff were friendly, and the food we had there was good. There’s a nice beach area, plus pools with plenty of chairs. I’d definitely recommend it.

The breakfast buffet was included, and it was phenomenal, with fresh options that changed daily and great service from the team. We skipped all-inclusive since we don’t drink much. After three weeks of backpacking and making plans as we went, this was the only stay we’d booked before leaving home. We wanted a few relaxing days before returning to normal life, and Infinity Bay turned out to be a lovely surprise. We’d expected it to be more dated or dirty than the photos, as resorts often are, especially on islands. Our Queen Studio was spotless and smelled like fresh citrus every day. It had a full kitchen, ice maker, AC, its own dedicated WIFI router, and a patio. The pools are massive, and the beach is one of the nicest we’ve seen here. We even went to the Camp Bay. There’s a long dock with water taxis available every day, along with the usual people selling beach activities. They were friendly even when we declined, unlike many people we’ve met around the world who get rude or dismissive after a no. Great job all around, and good value for the price. Would recommend!

We left early after paying for a day pass and failing to find chairs. Before that, no one helped us locate any, gave us a tour, or helped us get familiar with the resort. They promised chairs by the pool or beach, but there were none. This place overbooks day passes for cruise ship visitors and seems to reserve the loungers for overnight guests, who were allowed to monopolize them. We saw people saving both loungers and tables with chairs without using one or the other, and security said that was fine. When we asked the front desk for our money back, the guy just said, “no.” Don’t buy a day pass here if you’re coming in on a cruise ship. I’ll warn people against this resort when they ask me for a review or firsthand experience.

We had the best time in this magical place. The beach was pristine, the room immaculate, and the staff were amazing and friendly. We couldn’t get the kids out of the pool. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you!
