Naboo Resort & Dive Center - Adults Only

Naboo saved our anniversary trip. The place we'd originally booked was terrible, so I called Naboo. They were kind and accommodating, gave us a quick tour when we were nervous after the first place failed us, and we booked right away. They let us check in a little early so we could get back to enjoying our vacation. Everyone was so friendly, the rooms were spotless, and the hotel photos are really accurate. The pool was amazing, the rooms were perfect, and we loved the restaurant and drinks. I wish there were a Naboo everywhere we travel. Thanks to everyone there!

The room could use more storage, and the shower pressure was pretty low, though neither was a big deal. The grounds are beautiful, the pool area is very nice, and the hot tub was great for relaxing after a dive. Every staff member we met was courteous, friendly, and went out of their way to make our stay special. Special thanks to everyone at the dive shop, especially Manon, for taking such good care of us. We had a great stay at Naboo.

The real highlight at Naboo is the staff. Iris greets you with a smile in the morning and quickly learns what you like, while Marvin, Eduardo, Omar, and Kenneth take over later and make you feel like family. Wendy, Vilma, Roschelle, and Denisia are kind, always smiling, and ready to help. Jorge keeps everything in tip top shape, and Luther gets you to and from the airport. Everyone works hard to make the vacation relaxing. This was our second stay, after a rainy November 2025 visit. This time there wasn't a drop of rain. The resort is lovely and quiet, and I spent most of my time relaxing by the pool. The adults only setting matters to that peaceful feel. My husband dove every day and really likes Naboo's dive team. They look after his gear, and I feel reassured knowing he's safe. The restaurant food is good: I love the ceviche, fish burger, fresh salads, and huge quesadillas. Breakfast is great, with eggs, meat, potatoes, and a rotating mix of American or regional favorites. Baleadas were so good, I think on Sunday and Wednesday, and the pastelitos were yummy. One day they had chicken and another beef, so try both.

We came back in December 2025 for our 11th wedding anniversary after enjoying a stay here in 2022. The hotel is modern and clean, a short walk from the beach, and the staff were always friendly and polite. The hot tub is properly hot, with powerful jets. The main reason we return is the all-woman dive shop team. Elise, from the UK, was energetic and genuinely excited to show us things when we first dived with her. She's now the manager, but we still got to dive with her for a couple of days. Tori, from Texas, and Manon, from France, were equally lovely, always excited to dive and make the day enjoyable. They show they care in small ways, like checking that you have all your gear before leaving the shop. Luthur, the boat captain, is a gentle giant at 6'8". He checks that your air is on and that it's clear to back roll into the sea, then helps you out of the water and back to your seat after the dive. They're a first class team who work well together and make for an amazing experience.
