Karolina, the reservation manager, came through for my friends when they accidentally booked the wrong dates and were short one night. She worked tirelessly to find them a room, and she did. That kind of customer service is a big part of why this place is so special. Most of the staff have been here for 10 years, which says a lot about the management and owners. I come here every year on my own and always feel safe and welcome. The location is great, the food is good, and everything is clean. It’s a really good hotel, and I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else.

Our standard room was fairly spacious and came with a coffee maker, fridge, soap, shampoo, a lock, and air conditioning. It’s a no-frills place and good value. The hotel is right across from Half Moon Bay Beach, with a supermarket next door and a dive shop expected to open soon. There’s also a restaurant on site, and plenty of good food and drink options within a 10-minute walk.

A quiet, peaceful spot with easy beach access. We liked hanging out on our little balcony and watching the agoutis and neighborhood cats wander by. The rooms are comfortable and nicely equipped for a fair price. A perfect little place to stay in west end.

The price is on the affordable side, though I’d be even happier if it were a little lower. The location is great, right in front of the beach, and the place covers the basics: air conditioning, hot water, and a clean, comfortable room.

I love the hotel’s location and ambience, but the promised services were casually missing, and that really bothered me. No Wi-Fi, no generator, and no apology. If those things matter to you, maybe call ahead and confirm.
