We had a blast staying in the Watercolors condo in September. The setting is beautiful, the condos are lovely, and the pool is awesome. It’s still being developed, but it’s coming together as one of the island’s best properties. I also like that the developer is trying to fit the project into the natural surroundings and preserve as many trees as possible.

The property and big pool are stunning. It’s a beautiful, brand new beachfront community with condos and homes available to rent or buy. I can’t wait to return!

It’s in a great spot on the best part of the island, halfway between West Bay Resort Row and the shops and restaurants of West End. The 25-acre property has lots of trees, plenty of ocean, 600 feet of pristine beach, and a gorgeous pool. Phase One is finished, and owners and renters are just starting to use those units. Phase Two is close to construction, and Phase 3 has begun. Can’t wait!

It’s tucked away enough for a quiet stay while still being near local restaurants and attractions. The beach is just a few steps away, with clear water and soft sand, and the condos have breathtaking ocean views.
