They let me keep my dying dog in the room, even though it meant bending their pet rule. That kindness earned them the 5 stars. The place was very nice, and the minor things I noticed weren't worth mentioning. Thanks for accommodating me as a client.

The price on the Booking page and the amount charged didn't match, with a difference of more than $10. If you don't like it, the only option is to find somewhere else. The internet connection was terrible, WhatsApp wouldn't even work. The facilities were in line with the price, and the management was terrible.
