I got good rest here, and there's wifi if you need to work remotely. The location isn't my favorite, but I'd still recommend the hotel. The place was clean, the staff really friendly, and the restaurant food was tasty. A few small things could be better: more attention to shower cleanliness and some bathroom repairs, a coffee station or a kettle with coffee and tea in the room, and printed instructions for the safe and cable TV. The TV cable didn't work, though I didn't ask for help. Do not disturb signs would be useful too. Nothing major.

The staff were kind, attentive, and ready to help with whatever I needed. They also speak English, which is handy if you aren't fluent in Spanish. I loved staying at the Basha Hotel. The suites were spacious and beautifully designed, and the restaurant was amazing. They take your breakfast order at night so it's ready in the morning. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable, comfortable stay in San Pedro Sula.

A dull Thursday night turned into one of the best meals I've had in months. A few friends and I went after work, ordered six different plates, and shared them all. Every dish we tried amazed us. Can't wait to go again. Go to Basha, you won't be disappointed!

I came from the uk and stayed at Basha hotel. The service and customer support were excellent, and the restaurant next door serves delicious Arabic food, Italian food, and great steaks. I'd definitely recommend it. Thanks to Faris and his team, and hopefully I'll see you again.

The chicken was dry, and the waiter was rude when we raised concerns about the food. The menu said the plate came with a side of hummus, but he insisted it was on the pita bread, then later admitted the menu was wrong. The staff felt unprofessional, so I don't recommend this place.
