It’s okay. The counter staff and cleaning staff were very courteous, and the location is great, with lots of places just a few steps away. The WiFi kept disconnecting and reconnecting during my stay, which was annoying when I needed a real-time connection. Breakfast looked like a buffet, but we weren’t allowed to serve ourselves, and there was only one serving. The bathroom had nowhere to hang towels, and the toilet sat awkwardly close to a little basket. I moved it, but it was back in the same spot when I returned. The old plasma TV only took analog, so sharing a laptop screen or doing anything similar was limited. I didn’t find out there was a gym on the fourth floor until my last day because there was no information about it. Still, it was alright.

I’d come back to this location. I just hope the kitchen crew is friendlier next time. On our checkout day, my wife and I were waiting for friends in the food area while I had coffee. The waiter was SUPER rude. We said hello several times and got no reply, just “we don’t have all the food out.” I explained I wasn’t waiting for food, only having coffee while we waited, and he finally changed his tone.

We booked here because we needed somewhere safe to spend ten hours before our next flight. We had to pay an extra $12 for a second person, with no way to waive the fee, even though we couldn’t have breakfast since we had to leave at midnight. The room wasn’t very clean, and the sheets were dirty.

The location is great, with restaurants and other shops within walking distance. The staff were warm and welcoming, the place was nice overall, and breakfast was really good.

A must if you’re hosting an event. There’s room for large groups, and the accommodations are elegant enough for all kinds of social occasions. The food has something for every taste and satisfies everyone.
