The wedding event itself went well, and the food and service at the venue were good. The rooms were a different story. They weren’t very clean, there was no phone to call the front desk, the mattress had dirty stains, and the sheets had holes. The front desk woman was very rude. I wasn’t happy with the rooms, especially for the price, and I’ll never come back to this hotel.

I was here for a wedding, and everything about the event was good. But two things bothered me: there was no soap in the bathrooms, and the waiter scooped the ice with his hand. I was disgusted.

The hotel must have been great when it was built, but it doesn’t feel that way now. For this price range, it’s a bit expensive, and breakfast is menu-only.

Argelia Guillen served us in the Lobby Colonial today and was friendly and efficient. Luis Mendez, also at the Lobby Colonial, was a very good bartender.
