The apartment was very nice and had a kitchen, though there were no utensils. The woman at reception was really helpful. The only downside was noise that went on until 2am.

Update 2025: Two other local guides say this place appears to have reopened. During the COVID era, it was closed permanently. Don't make my mistake of trusting Hotels.com or Expedia. The hotel wasn't open, but it still took my reservation and money. They tried to keep more than half of what I'd paid for the reservation. I'm adding a photo of myself with the hotel behind me and every room light off as proof.
