The pillows were amazing, and the noise from outside was blocked out nicely. Breakfast was good, though the eggs came cold, and the coffee could be better. I didn't try the pool, but it looked clean. The rooms felt overpriced, the bathroom water pressure was low, and somehow the mattress made my back really hot, so I couldn't sleep well.

It's not the newest hotel, but it's extremely well kept and has a luxurious feel you don't usually get at this price. Great value for the money.
10/10
The city views were amazing, and I enjoyed relaxing by the pool. Our room was good and the shower worked well, though the toilet paper could be better. There was an issue on our floor, but the staff really tried to make things right and help us have a good stay. They were honest and helpful. We speak very little Spanish, but some staff spoke English and we also used Google Translate. The parking garage is guarded. They can exchange US dollars too, as long as the bills are in good condition.

We had a really good time at a quinceañera party here. The staff were friendly and helpful, even helping me make an envelope when I needed one. Party guests could park for free, which was very considerate. The food was just okay.
2/10
I was very disappointed after my rechargeable hair trimmer went missing from my room. When I reported it, they said staff hadn't found anything. There are hallway cameras that could show who entered or left my room, but nobody investigated. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
