Hotel bless

The rooms were spotless and smelled nice, and everyone was friendly and respectful. They knew a lot about things to do in Tela with my kids. I’d suggest booking here if you’re in Tela. You won’t be disappointed.

Everything was clean, and when we asked for extra towels they brought them quickly. The staff were great about fitting us in at the last minute. I’ll definitely stay at this hotel again when I’m back in Tela.

We paid over $200 American dollars for one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had. The sheets had lipstick stains, including stains on our clothes and bags. We had no towels or soap, and there was no running water. Staff said they had cut off the water because of the previous occupant, so the toilet wouldn’t flush either. We’d booked nearly a month ahead for Easter weekend, but because demand was high, staff almost gave our room away when we were checking in around 8pm. That was after they’d called to ask if we were still coming. When we arrived, there wasn’t even a proper room for us. They did accommodate my family of five, but put us in a hallway of a backroom. To get there, we had to go through the kitchen, into the back storage area, then up a flight of shaky stairs. If you have to stay in Tela, do yourself a favor and sleep in your car instead of this “hotel.” You’ll probably sleep better.

It’s a very family-oriented hotel, and the service was great on my first visit. I recommend it.
