We spent over 5,000 Lempira on two bedrooms, then went three hours without water and waited an hour and a half for restaurant food. They moved us to a different room that was much cheaper than the one we’d had, and reimbursed only 500 Lempira. The room we were transferred to wasn’t even finished: there was no bathroom mirror or hot water, and nothing seemed complete. It was terrible. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. There are better, cheaper hotels with better service across the street.

The staff were all kind and helpful, and breakfast came with the room. Our spacious room had air conditioning, and the bathroom had hot water. The hotel is right on the beach and also has a pool and Wi-Fi.

The sanitation was the worst I’ve seen at a hotel, easily a 0/10. The place was extremely dirty, with stains on the walls and sheets everywhere. There’s no body wash or shampoo, and you can’t flush toilet paper, so use your imagination. My five-year-old daughters, who are still kids, couldn’t feel comfortable there. They charged $120 USD a night. In America, that would get you a four-star hotel. This place makes Motel 6 feel like a diamond-star all-inclusive.
